My name is Livi - I'm a Pilates instructor, and ex-professional dancer who loves being in and creating spaces where movement and creativity can flourish! I'm a big believer in taking your hobby's seriously and looking after the earth and love learning how things are made and using what you already have.

Things I'm fascinated by at the moment are: visible mending, renovation videos, making 'moment in time' zines, looking after the body to look after the mind, magnesium for sleep​
